This morning I would like to unveil the final cover art for the High Stakes vampire anthology designed by yours truly, Gabrielle Faust! Evil Jester Press and I are just thrilled with the way it turned out and do plan on having limited edition posters printed that will hopefully be signed by all of the authors, as well as a slew of fangtastic merchandise for all of you vamp lovers to sink your teeth into. As you will note there is place holder “Brilliant Author” text where the names of the selected authors will be. This will be updated when the final selections are made at the end of August. We are still aiming for a Halloween release date.
In other news, the Blood Games short horror film competition we have been working on in coordination with Popcorn Horror and the Salty Horror International Film Festival should finally go live by mid-July. In addition to having the top three winning selections screened at the Salty Horror festival in November, Evil Jester Press and Popcorn Horror have also contributed a $400 cash prize to the 1st Place winner’s prize! Nothing speaks louder than cold, hard cash.
